Dreaming of Now is Shambhu's award-winning debut — winner of the ZMR Music Award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. Co-produced with Grammy Award-winner Will Ackerman, founder of Windham Hill Records.

The album features an extraordinary ensemble: George Brooks on saxophone, Eugene Friesen on cello, Jeff Oster on flugelhorn, Charlie Bisharat on violin, Premik Russell Tubbs on winds, Kai Eckhardt on bass, Frank Martin on keyboards, Celso Alberti on drums, and Jeff Haynes on percussion.
